Write an analysis of a startup company of your choice detailing its creation, basic financial statement presentation and strategic plan for its start up and operation during its first year of existence. The Company is based in Houston, Texas. Please address the following topics as a minimum on your analysis:
1) Why getting into this business was a good idea. Was there a competitive advantage?
2) What was the strategic plan (e.g. long term investment or get is going and sell it to a larger player)
3) What exactly made this company a success in the long run (resources, people, know-how etc)
4) How can you prove that the company has strong financial statements (ratios)
